One (ok, maybe two) shot(s) every day. My first year of dailies has been amazing, albeit with some twists and turns. I started on a random day in March. I finished off at Dec. 31 just to make life easier. In this year shot my first wedding, my first set of senior portaits, dozens of bike races, several new buildings. I upgraded to full-frame with the D700, got laid off only to find another job within a week. And last but not least, baby Ashley came along in late november. The majority of the shots from November therefore are daily baby photos.
I did my best to shoot something interesting, and to share the how’s and why’s. Photoshop and Lightroom are awesome and my main tools for post processing.
Thanks for looking; thanks for all the comments.
2009 12-16 Busy day today despite now being amongst the unemployed. I prepared a resume, and had an interview. The interview went well, and they said to expect an offer by the end of the week. After the interview we met some friends for coffee (I know, I know: coffee in seattle....shocking).
My father in law has a friend who was wonderful enough to knit this super-cute little hat for baby Ashley. She'd too cute for words! She's beginning to get a grasp on facial expressions, although this one seems to be gas while she was sleeping.
